Availability and earlier orders. These policies describe the current TopSlash campaign model. Screens marked as previews use fictional products and sample activity; their sign-in, purchase and publishing actions do not create real accounts, charges or campaigns. A paid service is available only when its working checkout and required connections are enabled. Earlier accepted orders keep their original rights and applicable notice periods. See policy versions.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Envol, Inc. They govern your use of the TopSlash website at https://topslash.app and everything we offer through it (the "Service"). Please read them. By creating an account, submitting a listing, paying for placement, claiming a deal, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Some parts of the Service have their own rules. Those rules are part of these Terms:
- Ranking Rules — how paid rank works.
- Refund & Finality Rules — when a payment can and cannot be refunded.
- Listing Policy — what may be listed and how we review it.
- Paid Placement Disclosure — what a paid position means.
- Vendor Terms — extra rules if you sell a deal.
- Buyer Terms — extra rules if you buy a deal.
- Privacy Policy — how we handle personal information.
If these Terms and one of those documents say different things about the same topic, the more specific document controls for that topic.
1. Who we are
TopSlash is operated by Envol, Inc., a California corporation ("Envol", "we", "us", or "our"). Our postal address is Envol, Inc., 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States. Our support email is support@topslash.app.
TopSlash is a self-service discovery and advertising platform for SaaS and apps. Vendors can pay for ranking and eligible 30-day discount campaigns. A free product can rank; a discount listing requires a genuine saving on a paid annual plan. A free download or free basic tier does not prevent a discount on a separate paid premium annual plan. Eligible products and selling routes are described in the Listing Policy and Vendor Terms.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, pay for placement, list a product, or buy a deal. Anyone may browse the public pages. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes the company.
Our paid placement and marketplace-publication services are offered for business purposes. If you buy one of those services, you represent that you are acting for a business or trade and not primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
You may not use the Service if we have banned you, if the law where you live does not allow you to use it, or if doing so would violate trade sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or to us. You may not use the Service for the benefit of a sanctioned person, organization, or territory.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with an email code or an available Google, Apple or X sign-in option. TopSlash does not ask for your provider password. Linking another sign-in method requires verification; entering an email address alone does not prove account ownership.
- You may use an optional display name. First and last names are not required for an ordinary profile. A payment provider may separately require billing or business identity information.
- Keep your email account secure. Anything done through your TopSlash account is treated as done by you.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. Do not impersonate anyone.
- One person, one account. Do not create extra accounts to get around a limit, a ban, or a rule.
- You may delete your account from your account settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
4. The three roles
The same account can hold more than one role.
- Visitor. Anyone browsing public pages, reading the bid history or following product links.
- Founder or vendor. The person or business responsible for the listed product. Vendors buy advertising and may provide eligible annual offers. They are independent advertisers, not TopSlash partners.
- Buyer or claimant. A signed-in user obtaining an offer link or purchasing a vendor subscription through a supported route. Claiming a native link does not itself mean a purchase occurred.
5. Our marketplace role
Vendors supply their products, discounts and terms. TopSlash displays their listings and offer links, counts claims and records supported connected payments. For Stripe offers, the vendor is the merchant of record and the charge is created directly on its account. Native app purchases take place through Apple or Google under the applicable store arrangement. TopSlash does not collect the buyer's subscription payment.
The vendor provides access and support and must honor the purchased term. Billing, cancellation, refunds, taxes and disputes follow the vendor's and applicable provider's or store's obligations. Pricing provided by vendor means the prices and features come from that vendor; it does not excuse false claims.
TopSlash sells advertising and promotional campaign services in its own name. One-off publication credits and optional recurring allocations pay for eligible 30-day campaigns; Paid Rank contributions buy ranking. The Vendor Terms and Pricing state prices, credit periods, renewal and cancellation rules. A $19 standalone campaign and its initial rank contribution are distinct from a buyer's subscription price. Ordinary campaign renewal adds no rank.
We do not independently verify buyer access. Confirmed payment, native link claimed and buyer-reported access are different facts. We can investigate reports, preserve relevant records and remove misleading offers, but do not guarantee a vendor's performance or another party's refund decision. These limits do not exclude responsibility or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Paid placement is advertising
Positions on the TopSlash leaderboard are bought, except for the clearly disclosed $1 Laeli launch seed. Every ordinary position on that board is paid placement, stated as such on the Paid Placement Disclosure, which is linked from the footer of every page. All-time order follows the cumulative confirmed rank contribution for each entry, highest first. Time-period boards use contributions inside the named period. Campaign-renewal charges do not increase rank. Payment, not quality, determines paid order.
A paid position is advertising. It is not a review, a rating, a recommendation, or a statement that one product is better than another. We do not test the products listed. Passing our verification means only that the website passed our safety and content checks.
The full rules, including the price ladder, ties, periods, and what happens during checkout, are in the Ranking Rules. The plain-language summary is on the Paid Placement Disclosure page.
7. Counters and numbers we show
Counters represent the specific activity their labels name. Native offers claimed counts link allocations, including unused ones. Connected checkout reservations are not paid purchases. Confirmed purchases and realized savings use provider-confirmed transaction records, not clicks or redirects. None of these proves independent product-access verification.
We do not present invented scarcity, countdowns, purchases or savings as real activity. Clearly labeled preview screens use illustrative figures, not actual transactions. Ordinary free access has no discount-claim inventory. The 60%, 40% and 25% setup example is editable; actual published percentages and quantities come from the vendor's offer. See counter definitions.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the Service to help anyone break the law.
- List anything prohibited by the Listing Policy.
- Give false information about a product, a price, a discount, a renewal price, a refund policy, or your authority to list a product.
- Pay for placement with a payment method you are not authorized to use, or file a chargeback for a valid payment.
- Buy your own deal, or arrange for others to buy it in order to inflate counters.
- Create multiple accounts, or use another person's account, to get around a rule, a limit, or a ban.
- File false abuse reports or false appeals.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written permission; try to bypass Turnstile, rate limits, or other protections; or interfere with the Service or with other users.
- Send automated traffic that burdens the Service. Reading public pages at a reasonable rate is fine. Scraping at a rate that harms the Service, or to build a competing copy of our data, is not.
- Upload malware, or link to sites that spread malware, phishing, or unwanted software.
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights.
We may remove content, suspend or end accounts, unpublish listings, and refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.
9. Your content
Founders and vendors give us product names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, prices, features, and policy text. Buyers and visitors may send reports, appeals, support messages and, where available, product feedback. All of this is "your content".
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, adapt (for example, to resize an image or shorten a description), display, and distribute your content in order to run, promote, and improve the Service. This license lasts as long as your content is on the Service, and afterwards for copies that are part of our public bid history, our records, or our backups.
You promise that you have the rights needed to give us this license, and that your content does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
We screen listings for safety and eligibility, but do not independently audit every vendor statement or verify each buyer's product access. We may edit, hide, or remove any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or if we think removal is needed to protect users or the Service. We are not required to monitor content, and our moderation is not a guarantee that content is accurate or safe.
10. Reports and moderation
Anyone may report a listing from the listing page where that action is available, or by emailing support@topslash.app. We review reports and may unpublish a listing, pause a deal, or ban an account. Details of the removal and appeal process are in the Listing Policy. We may keep and publish moderation history, including the fact that a listing was removed.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, text we wrote, labels, counters, and the TopSlash name and logo, belongs to Envol, Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or create derivative works from the Service, except for your own content and except as these Terms allow. "TopSlash" is a trademark of Envol, Inc. Product names and logos on listings belong to their owners.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
You may use the Share rank and Share deal tools, where available, to copy public links, download cards and promote your own listing. Keep the paid-ranking label and snapshot date when sharing a rank, and the price, renewal and availability context when sharing a deal. A medal denotes a ranking position at the stated time, not a quality award or endorsement. Shared snapshots can become outdated; current availability and position are shown on the linked page. Do not imply a partnership or guaranteed result.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity right, or another legal right, email support@topslash.app with the subject "Rights notice". Identify the right, the material and exact URL, your contact details, the action you want us to take, and why you are authorized to submit the notice. For a copyright notice, also include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We may share the notice and your contact details with the person who submitted the material, review the claim, remove or disable access, ask for more information, and end the accounts of repeat infringers. This process does not represent that Envol has registered a designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
12. Payments
Payments for TopSlash services are processed through Stripe. Vendor subscription payments use the stated connected account or app-store route. TopSlash does not receive full card numbers. Our advertising prices are in U.S. dollars; app stores may show local currencies and taxes before confirmation.
Any tax Envol must collect on its own services is shown before payment. Vendors and stores retain their applicable tax duties on subscriptions.
Publication credits are rights to publish eligible advertising campaigns, not a buyer wallet or money balance. They cannot be used to purchase a vendor subscription. Purchased and subscription credits have the different availability and expiry rules in the Vendor Terms. Buyers pay no TopSlash fee to claim an offer link.
Monthly and annual advertising plans renew until canceled. The checkout must show the amount, frequency, credit limits and cancellation terms before consent. Cancellation stops the next charge; it preserves purchased campaign periods and already-paid entitlements as described in the Vendor Terms. Refunds are separate and follow the Refund & Finality Rules.
Orders already accepted retain their original terms and expressly granted rights. A later policy does not silently withdraw an earlier permanent deal-access entitlement, promised notice or purchased subscription term.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
In particular, we do not promise that: the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; any listing, product, price, or counter is accurate; any vendor will deliver, support, or refund; any placement will bring visitors, clicks, sales, or any other result; or any product listed is safe, lawful, or good. Verification is a safety screen, not an endorsement.
Some places do not allow these disclaimers. In that case, they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, buyers, or other users, or for any product, deal, or content supplied by them.
- Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Envol, Inc. for TopSlash services in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These limits apply whatever the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise). Some places do not allow some of these limits. In that case, they apply to the fullest extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Envol, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your content; your listing, deal, or product; your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or any third party's rights. We may take over the defense of any claim covered by this section, and you agree to cooperate with us.
16. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These Terms and any dispute between you and us are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead.
Before starting a lawsuit, you and we agree to send a written description of the dispute and the requested resolution and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. You may send yours to support@topslash.app or our postal address above. We will send ours to the email address on your account. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or filing a claim before a limitation period expires.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancel any recurring TopSlash plan before requesting deletion, or include the cancellation request with your deletion request. Ending a TopSlash account does not cancel vendor or store subscriptions; use their cancellation routes.
We may suspend or end your access, unpublish your listings, pause or end your deals, and refuse future service, at any time, if we believe you have broken these Terms, the law, or the rules linked above, or if we believe it is needed to protect users, the Service, or Envol, Inc. We will normally tell you the reason category by email. Appeals are described in the Listing Policy.
Ending your access does not refund placement payments, except as stated in the Refund & Finality Rules. Public bid history is kept after termination. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, 13 to 16, and this Section 17) survive termination.
18. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may change these Terms. If a change is material, we will post the new version at https://topslash.app/terms with a new effective date and, if you have an account, email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Changes that add a commission on deals, or that change the price ladder, follow the notice periods in the Vendor Terms and Ranking Rules. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before the change takes effect.
19. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the documents linked at the top, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a rule right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and duties to a successor of our business.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to support@topslash.app or to our postal address above.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms makes you and us partners, employer and employee, or agents of each other. Vendors are independent businesses.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at Stripe, Cloudflare, our hosting providers, or the internet at large.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only.
- Mandatory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives a right or remedy that applicable law says cannot be excluded, restricted, or waived.
